Sally has been designing and making jewellery since 1987. Her early years were spent running around fields in the countryside near Ruthin, North Wales. Lovely memories, shared with family. Now, having learnt to appreciate the countryside her designs have developed around this fascination of nature and its strengths, growth, decay and designs.
Sally works mainly in silver, reticulating the surface to give a more natural, organic feel to her pieces. The jewellery and artwork is embellished with gemstones and gold detail.
All the work is made in her Sheffield workshop.
Most of the work is hallmarked at Sheffield Assay Office, with the official Sheffield hallmark, plus 'SJR', my registered stamp. Where items fall below the necessary weight for hallmarking they are stamped by myself with 'SJR' and '925'.
Most orders can be processed within 14 days, though please allow 28 days, unless otherwise arranged, for delivery (this allows for any delays with post, hallmarking, or problems sourcing materials). All orders will be sent by Royal Mail, Special Delivery.
Gemstones....I mostly source my gemstones individually and sometimes their availability means they are 'off the menu', but where applicable, I will contact you immediately to inform you and offer advice on other choices or timescale for delivery.
