Silver shank with 5mm round semi-precious gemstone.
This ring is approximately 4mm width at the back of the ring shank and widens out to approximately 7mm on the top under the gemstone. The gemstone is surrounded with a swirl of wire (silver or rose gold) and a small ball to one side of the setting.
